Clearance: TS/SCI FSP
Projected funding date is November/December. As a Data Scientist you will be supporting Mission Intelligence and Foundational Services by designing, developing, and integrating tools to automate data collection, analysis, and presentation. You will be working with mission stakeholders and software engineers to specify, develop, integrate, and test new analysis workflows aided by AI/ML technologies.
Process large data sets utilizing Hadoop or Spark.
Select appropriate AI/ML solutions based on analysis objectives.
Query data by utilizing HTTP-based APIs.
Successfully collaborate with software engineers to test workflows and recommend pathways for fixes.
Production-grade software development experience in one or more languages common for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
Experience architecting sustainable data-science workflows (i.e., beyond Jupyter Notebooks).
Experience leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data through queries.
Practical experience with platforms for processing very large data sets (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite - Jira, Confluence.
Experience working in an agile development team.
Experience presenting data analysis results to customers.
Experience interacting with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
Nice to Haves:
Practical experience in one or more artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning).
Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with web application/UI development.
