Mongo Database Engineer:
- Manage and maintain MongoDB database servers in all environments
- Design and implement redundancy and fail-over strategies
- Monitor and tune database performance
- Design and implement backup/recovery strategies per RTO / RPO requirements
- Provide support for software upgrade and patching
