TKO is seeking a Systems Engineer for requirements elicitation/refinement, scheduling of work breakdowns to deliverables, and documentation of artifacts.

​

Responsibilities:

-- N/A

 

Required Skills:
-- Good understanding of data flow processes and/or familiarity with consumers of data and their priorities and requirements.
-- Understands system to system connections for data flow processes
-- Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP, XML
-- Ability to critically think through complex data flow problems, break down effort into manageable tasks, and create/maintain scope out of sometimes vague customer requirements.
-- Highly organized and comfortable with customer engagement and managing large scale efforts
-- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and other scrum team members

-- Self starter, comfortable working tasking with little direction

 

Desired Skills:
-- Knowledge of tactical data flow, systems, and/or experience with tactical data requirements.

OR

-- Experience in the Directorate of Operations consuming or generating requirements for tactical derived data flow
