Description: 

This position will be available January 2nd. The VA2 will support senior level leadership in the Y1 Capabilities Organization by researching, designing, and producing workforce engagement and mission decision-making information packages. This media will be presented to a large workforce, Directorate level leadership, and the DIRNSA. The candidate will work with a diverse, cross functional leadership team to generate documents and graphics for use in strategic communications for large interagency organizational meetings and congressional level briefings. While this individual will be working out of Visionist HQ, they will be expected to stop by R+E periodically to collect requirements and provide status reports to the customer as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Update, create, and disseminate briefing templates, PowerPoint presentations, posters, organizational charts, capabilities summaries, newsletters, and reports. 

Act as the main POC for all graphics and design requests of the organization.

Gather stakeholder requirements, generate tasking, and self-organize development plans.

Identify project risks and communicate risk and status to the contract leadership team.

Skill Requirements:

Must have more than 5 years of experience using graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Axure, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a heavy desire to collaborate with all stakeholders.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience with graphics design, marketing, strategic communication, or other related discipline (print/publication design, wire framing, multimedia production).

Experience with high level visualization libraries, to include Adobe Premier, Flash, Cinema 4D, Dreamweaver, and Final Cut Pro. 

Nice to Haves:

Experience with, or interest in, utilizing SharePoint and/or SiteWorks to update and maintain websites. 

Some MPO experience desired but not required. 

YOE Requirement: 

10 yrs., B.S. or 5 yrs. w/ M.S., or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
