Required Skills:

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

• Must have excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication skills, dependability, professional demeanor and team player approach

• Must be able to support CAC office operational hour from 8:00AM to 4:00 PM

• Ability to review source documents provided by applicants and verify eligibility using various computer databases

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Should have ability to operate general office equipment such as computer, fax, copier, and scanner

• Must be willing to take training and learn policies for CAC office operation

• Must be detail oriented


Desired Skills:

• Previous ID card verification and issuance experience

• Knowledge of the military



Note: This surge position is through April 18, 2022


This role is to provide daily operational support for the Common Access Card (CAC) office for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) customer. This position will perform all functions required to issue ID cards, CAC issuance-related tasks to include review, research, and verification of source documents eligibility, the DoD RAPIDS Workstation, and the Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS), to active military, reserve members, military retirees, family members/dependents and other eligible recipients of the Uniformed Services, DoD civilian employees, eligible contractor personnel, retirees and dependents, and other customers. Will be required to take training and understand and enforce the applicable polices and validation processes, to operate the associated workstations, printers and biometric devices, and adhere to and employ the DC3 security rules and guidance. Will be required to answer phones, manage the appointment schedules and provide general and administrative tasks associated in support of day to day operations.

Suggested Qualifications:

13 years of professional experience without a degree; or 5 years of professional experience with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD. Consideration should always be given for the level of specific domain expertise.
